Verena Hitz is an enthusiastic HR professional with a background in Organizational Psychology and 18 years of progressive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the People Partner Lead for Production & Sites at Bayer, they excel in multicultural environments, partnering with executives across 37 countries to align HR strategies with business goals. Verena has previously held roles including Regional HR Business Partner for R&D EMEA and has led significant transformations, such as the Monsanto Post Merger Integration.
