Vicki Mitchell

Vicki Mitchell has extensive experience in supply chain management and demand planning within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Regional Supply Manager at Bayer Crop Science since 2002, Vicki is responsible for optimizing Active Ingredient Supply Planning to ensure timely product supply, manage inventory objectives, and enhance asset utilization. Prior to this role, Vicki held several positions at Aventis CropScience and Rhone-Poulenc AG Co, including Demand Planning Team Lead and Demand Planner. Vicki began a career in the industry as a Buyer and previously worked as an Accounting Associate. Vicki earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
