Vicky Bos is currently the Head of the MES Excellence Team at Bayer, focusing on pharmaceutical affairs and quality assurance. With a background as a pharmacist specializing in HIV patients and homeopathy, Vicky has also held roles in formulation development and quality coordination at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Vicky earned a Staatsexamen in Pharmacy from Freie Universität Berlin, which laid the foundation for their extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to their role at Bayer, Vicky worked as a pharmacist at BerlinApotheke and Leo Apotheke.
