Victor Arroyo has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural and animal health sectors, having worked extensively with Bayer in various leadership roles across Central America, including as Country Head in the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras. In 2017, they served as Country Comercial Lead for Bayer's Crop Science division in Nicaragua and later held the same position in Guatemala and Belize. Currently, Arroyo is the Gerente Centro América at Colono Agropecuario, and they also continue to lead the Animal Health division at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Arroyo holds a degree in Veterinary Sciences from Universidad Veracruzana, which they completed in 2003.
