Victor Lovuola

Victor Lovuola is a seasoned engineering professional and the current Group Head of Process Control Technology for Bayer Business and Technology Services LLC. They began their career as an Instrumentation Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, contributing to the Naval Nuclear program, and later held various roles at Mobay Chemical Corp., including PCT Project Engineering Manager. Victor joined Bayer Corporation in 1996 as a PCT Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as a $200 million Chlor Alkali production facility. They have also managed the PCT engineering department at BTS Americas before transitioning to their current role. Victor holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively.
