Dr. Beck Walter is currently the Head of Business Excellence & Innovation in R&D/Clinical Operations at Bayer Pharma AG, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to this role, Dr. Walter served as the Head of Global Clinical Development Operations and Resource Management at Bayer Pharma AG from 2010 to 2012 and as the Global Head of Global Clinical Project and Resource Management at Bayer Schering Pharma AG from 2007 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they were the Global Head of Data Management at Schering AG from 2003 to 2007. Dr. Walter completed their education at Freie Universität Berlin between 1977 and 1988.
