Walter Mayhew

Walter Mayhew is a retired professional with extensive experience in the seed industry, having served as the Global Germplasm Deployment Lead at Bayer Crop Science. With a career spanning multiple decades, Walter employed strong listening skills and emotional intelligence to effectively lead teams and drive decisions across various functions. Walter holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Arkansas, as well as a Master’s Degree in Agronomy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science.
