Wendy Gu

Wendy Gu, PhD, PMP, is currently a Global Project Leader at Bayer Consumer Health, having previously served as an R&D Strategy Manager and Consultant at the same company. With a strong academic background, Wendy earned a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and completed an MSc in Experimental Medicine at McGill University, where they were recognized on the Dean's Honour List. They also held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Zurich, conducting innovative research aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity for smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa. Throughout their career, Wendy has demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic analysis, and organizational restructuring while actively engaging in mentorship and recruitment initiatives.
