Wesley Petery

Wesley Petery, MBA, has extensive experience in training and operational excellence across multiple industries. Starting in the US Navy as a Master Training Specialist and Fire Control Technician Ballistic from May 1987 to November 1994, Wesley moved on to hold various roles at Morgan Corporation as Manager of Training & Organization Development from February 1995 to July 1998. After a brief tenure as Training Specialist at D&E Communications, Wesley joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals in June 2007 and served in multiple positions, including Value Stream Specialist, Principal Continuous Improvement Specialist, Associate Director of Operational Excellence, Deputy Director of Operations Excellence, and currently as Director of Operations Excellence since January 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College (2001-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University (1992-1995).
