Wim Van Bel has extensive experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the EMEA ESH Construction Specialist at Bayer Crop Science since August 2018, Wim has developed expertise in safety and compliance. Prior to this role, Wim spent over two decades at Monsanto Company, where responsibilities included serving as an EMEA-E ESH Construction Specialist, Safety Steward, and Chief. Wim holds a Postgraduate Degree in Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 from the University of Antwerp.
