Winston Cui

Winston Cui is a finance leader currently serving as the Senior Financial Operations Manager at Bayer since 2023. They previously held various tax-related positions at Deloitte LLP from 2008 to 2012 and have extensive experience in international tax matters and compliance. Winston also worked at Bayer from 2015 to 2017 in roles such as Senior Manager Internal Audit and International Tax Manager, overseeing significant tax projects and integration efforts related to the acquisition of Monsanto Corp. They hold a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting and Finance from the University of Waterloo, along with completing the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.
