Wonjong Si is currently the Director of Cell Therapy Process Development at Bayer, where they develop innovative automated processes and platforms for allogeneic cell therapy products. With a Master of Science degree in Drug Development and Product Management from the University of California San Diego, they have a robust background in drug development and project management. Previously, Wonjong held positions at Merck, Nkarta, Inc., StemoniX, and Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, contributing to significant advancements in stem cell biology and therapeutic indications. They are PMP-certified and have completed the Management Accelerator program from McKinsey & Company.
