Xiaoyu Pan is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in protein purification process development, particularly in the biopharmaceutical industry. With a career spanning over two decades, Xiaoyu has held key positions at leading companies such as Bayer and XOMA, where responsibilities have included the development, scale-up, and technology transfer of purification processes for monoclonal antibodies and non-antibody proteins. Expertise encompasses a wide range of techniques, including various chromatography methods, tangential flow filtration, and viral clearance studies. Xiaoyu's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Nankai University, complemented by an M.S. in Molecular Biology from the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
