Kai Patrick Ahrens is the Head of Real Estate Finance at Bayerische Hausbau GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this role, Ahrens held positions at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, UniCredit Bank AG, FMS Wertmanagement, and IPD Ltd. Ahrens has a Master's degree in Economic Geography from the University of Augsburg and completed a Certificate Program in Real Estate Management at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
