Edeltraud Schmid

Edeltraud Schmid is a seasoned Steuerberaterin with extensive experience in tax consulting, currently serving as Teamleiterin at BayernLB since May 2024, focusing on operational taxes and advising on capital gains, VAT, and wage tax matters. Since 1998, Edeltraud has operated Steuerkanzlei Schmid, providing tax advisory services to family and friends. Prior experience includes a role at VdW Bayern from July 2022 to April 2024, where Edeltraud advised housing companies and implemented the "Grundsteuer" project. From May 2001 to July 2022, Edeltraud held various positions at Genossenschaftsverband Bayern e.V., including project management and a focus on tax compliance and foundational issues. Additionally, Edeltraud served as a lecturer at Akademie Bayerischer Genossenschaften from 2001 to 2022, presenting seminars on new property tax legislation in Bavaria. Edeltraud Schmid is an alumnus of the University of Regensburg.
