Nicolas Jessen

Nicolas Jessen is a seasoned professional in real estate finance, currently serving as a Transaction Manager in Retail & Management Real Estate at BayernLB since July 2023. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Corporate Banking Specialist at DKB, focusing on financing residential real estate projects. With extensive experience in long-term property financing, commercial project developments, and advisory roles to institutional and residential investors, Nicolas has been instrumental in loan structuring and economic feasibility analyses. Nicolas's career began with a strong foundation in banking through an integrated degree program at Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse, complemented by work experience in risk assurance solutions at PwC and IT support at AVM GmbH.
