Daniela Steiner

Daniela Steiner is a seasoned professional in the field of workplace health management, with extensive experience in business training and coaching, particularly in leadership and team development. Since July 2018, Daniela has led their own coaching, training, and consulting business, specializing in business health management. As a Partner at Michl Group since January 2019, Daniela oversees training programs for certified workplace health management professionals and leads projects aimed at enhancing organizational health and productivity. Daniela has also served as a lecturer at the Bayerische Verwaltungsschule, imparting knowledge on workplace health management, stress management, and leadership training. Previously, Daniela worked as a health manager for the City of Munich, where responsibilities included leading health management projects and advising leaders on implementing health initiatives. Daniela holds a Master of Arts in Workplace Health Management from Universität Bielefeld and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule für angewandtes Management.
