Sandra David has extensive experience in strategic human resource development and change management at BR - Bayerischer Rundfunk, where responsibilities include leadership development, implementation of the "Development4Leadership" program, and consultancy for executives. As the Equal Opportunities Commissioner, Sandra promotes gender equality, provides annual reports, and advises on equality measures. With a background in training oversight for commercial trainees, event management for Bayern 1, and program marketing, Sandra also has experience in media research. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA in Leadership and Strategic Management from Boston Business School and a diploma in Media Marketing from the Bayerische Akademie für Werbung und Marketing.
