Michelle Culp

Michelle Culp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the consulting and healthcare technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Consulting Services at Bayforce since January 2025, Michelle is responsible for leading a team focused on revenue growth and strategic client relationships within the IT staffing industry. Prior to this role, Michelle founded and led a healthcare talent solutions division at Hire Health in 2024. At Korn Ferry from August 2021 to July 2023, Michelle enhanced business development efforts in healthcare technology and significantly improved gross margin. Additionally, as VP of Strategic Accounts at AMN Healthcare from 2019 to 2021, Michelle fostered key Managed Services Program client relationships and drove strategic initiatives. Michelle's career began at Hays, where, as SVP for the IT sector in the West Region, significant achievements were made in sales and operations for IT recruitment.
