Bonnie Grassi

Bonnie Grassi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources / Benefits Leader at Bayhealth since February 2024, Bonnie previously held the position of Director of Human Resources / Senior HR Business Partner at The Retina Group of Washington from January 2019 to October 2023, focusing on comprehensive HR programs and executive team initiatives for growth. Prior to that, Bonnie spent over two decades at HMSHost, where as Senior Director Human Resources - Total Rewards, played a crucial role in strategic support and operational expertise in benefits and workforce planning. Earlier experience includes managing disability and life insurance programs and corporate wellness initiatives at Marriott International. Bonnie holds a Master of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University.
