Lauren Beckman is a seasoned accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Bayhealth since September 2023, Lauren has previously held the role of Senior Accountant at Augusta University Health from October 2014 to September 2023, where responsibilities included variance analysis, journal entries, and preparation of board narratives. Prior experience includes various accounting positions at First Bank of Georgia and Cherry Bekaert LLP, focusing on general ledger reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and tax return filings. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
