Lori Smith, EdD, MBA, MSL has extensive experience in the field of Graduate Medical Education. Lori currently holds the position of Administrative Director, GME at Bayhealth since 2021. Prior to this, Lori worked at Cleveland Clinic for over 28 years. Their roles at Cleveland Clinic included Administrative Director and Assistant Administrative Director, Graduate Medical Education from 2010 to present, Manager, Graduate Medical Education from 2004 to 2010, Supervisor, Graduate Medical Education from 1999 to 2004, GME Coordinator from 1997 to 1999, and Residency Coordinator, Department of Otolaryngology from 1993 to 1997.

Lori Smith, EdD, MBA, MSL has a comprehensive education history. Lori is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership from Trident University International, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023. Prior to this, Lori earned a Masters of Science (Leadership) from Grand Canyon University in 2021. In 2012, they completed their MBA in Business Administration with a Leadership Track from Tiffin University, where they also obtained a BBA in Organizational Management in 2010. Additionally, Lori holds an AA degree in Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College, which they earned in 2007.

Lori has also completed the Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research Course 1. certification from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in 2021.
