Mike Tretina has held various financial leadership roles throughout their career. Mike served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bayhealth starting from November 2013. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Mary Greeley Medical Center from March 2009 to November 2013. Mike also held the position of Senior Vice President - Finance at St. Vincent's Healthcare from 2007 to 2009. Beginning their career at Saint Vincent's Medical Center in 1990, they served as the Vice President of Finance until September 1997.
Mike Tretina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University in 1985. Later, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from La Salle University in 1994.
