Mikel Shans, MBA, MSL, CRCST, CER, CIS, CHL, currently serves as the Sterile Processing Manager at Bayhealth since January 2020. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Technician at Moffitt Cancer Center from October 2010 to October 2013, and a role as Supervisor at Brandon Regional Hospital from September 2009 to October 2010. Mikel Shans holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership, both obtained from Grand Canyon University between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Ashford University, earned from 2010 to 2012.
