Hyle Campbell, MBA, SPOC has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Hyle began their career in 1999 as Senior Director of Worldwide Professional Services at Sendmail, Inc., where they established a consistent and comprehensive reporting system for project tracking and updates. In 2005, they founded The Forbin Group, Inc., a high-volume tiered IT infrastructure and custom software development company. Hyle successfully ramped pure services revenue from 0 to over 5 million in less than two years. In 2010, Hyle worked as Vice President of Professional Services at RedPeak Solutions, a platform-as-a-service based on 3Tera cloud/grid technology Applogic. Hyle provided early-stage professional services setup activities including the creation of initial solutions, partnership development, sales and delivery procedures. From 2011 to 2016, Hyle served as Business Consultant for Field Services and Senior Director of Professional Services, Partners and Training at Sencha. Hyle recruited two new program managers for a new model established by the incoming leadership and instituted processes for sales, scoping, delivery and operations of the newly formed organizations. From 2016 to 2019, Hyle was Services Business Consultant and CEO at MindSource. Hyle reviewed, modernized and updated all departmental tools and KPI's, and moved the company from expected losses to profit in the first nine months. Hyle also served as Services and Business Development Consultant at Avantsoft, Inc., where they facilitated and guided efforts to reformulate vision and strategic direction. In 2019, Hyle became Director of Customer Success at BayInfotech, providing guidance for organizations that are building or redefining their technical customer-facing services operations. Hyle also worked as Services and Operations Consultant at CommuniGate Systems.

Hyle Campbell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has attended the MEDDIC Academy to study MEDDIC Sales Methodologies. Hyle is also certified as a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2019, a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) by Cisco, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
