Jimmy Huynh is currently working as an R&D Engineer I at Baylis Medical Technologies since February 2024. Previously, at the same company from May 2021 to May 2022, Jimmy held the position of R&D Engineering Associate. During their time as an associate, Jimmy worked on various product improvement projects, gaining experience in prototyping, conducting DOEs, working in a lab, and performing validation and verification processes. Jimmy's efforts led to the development of 2 patents for alternate lesion-forming probe configurations and a deeper understanding of how the mechanical properties of electrosurgical probes affect lesions in animal tissue. Jimmy Huynh holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, completed between 2018 and 2023.
