Mike Mayne

Mike Mayne is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Process Engineering Team Leader at Baylis Medical since July 2021. Previously, Mike held various roles at BOMBARDIER from August 2012 to February 2020, including ANDON Leader, Methods Supervisor, and Project Engineering positions. Early career experiences include a Design and Manufacturing Intern role at Lincoln Electric and an Account Manager position at Rinkboards Incorporated, along with work as a Bicycle Mechanic and Sales at Bay Cycle and Sports. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design and Manufacturing from McMaster University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
