David Berger

David Berger is an experienced legal and business professional with over 25 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Baylor Genetics, David has held multiple leadership roles at Tandem Diabetes Care from 2013 to 2023, where they established the legal and compliance function and managed the regulatory and clinical strategy for innovative medical devices. Prior to Tandem, David was the General Counsel for various public and private companies, including Senomyx, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, and Biosite, and began their legal career as an attorney at Cooley Godward LLP. David holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
