Jamie Lim

Jamie Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jamie began their career as a Staff Writer at Baylor Lariat and Focus Magazine in 2012, where they gained experience in journalism. Jamie then worked as a Newsroom Intern at KPRC-TV, assisting with various tasks related to news reporting. In 2013, Jamie joined Baylor College of Medicine as a Project Intern, where they contributed to the development of a web service.

In 2014, Jamie transitioned to Versa Creative Group, where they served as a Lead Account Manager. In this role, they provided guidance to a department and collaborated with multiple teams to achieve clients' goals. Jamie continued their career at BIG Power Yoga as a Yoga Instructor in 2018, where they shared their passion for yoga.

Jamie's career then shifted towards the healthcare industry, beginning with their role as a Project Manager at Baylor Genetics in 2017. Jamie worked on cross-functional projects and developed go-to-market strategies. Jamie progressed through different roles within the company, including Product Manager, Senior Manager of Product Management, and Associate Director of Product Management & Marketing. Jamie oversaw product launches, led marketing campaigns, and developed strategies for genetic-based initiatives.

Most recently, Jamie served as the Director of Marketing at Baylor Genetics, where they managed corporate communication and led the marketing team. Jamie developed and executed public relations, digital marketing, and thought leadership campaigns to establish the Baylor Genetics brand in the marketplace.

Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated expertise in marketing, product management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on the healthcare industry.

Jamie Lim earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a concentration in marketing from Baylor University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. In 2020, Jamie completed a Product Strategy program from Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained certification as a YT-300HR from BIG Power Yoga in May 2022 and became RYT-200HR certified through Yoga Alliance in January 2017.
