Santu Dhar

Santu Dhar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Santu started their career in 1993 as a Major Account Manager at Pertech Computers Ltd. Santu then worked as a Major Account Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation (USA) and Compaq Computer Corporation. In 2000, they became the National Business Development Manager at Intellicon Private Limited. Santu later worked as an Analyst at Derigen Consulting and as a Manager at Business Enterprise - Retail. In 2010, they became an Equity Trader at Scalar Matrix. In 2012, Santu joined Saracen Energy as a Consultant before moving on to become the General Manager at PanGenomics International Pvt Ltd. Currently, they are working at Baylor Genetics, where they have held various positions including Associate Director of Business Development, Senior Director of Business Development and Sales Operations, and currently, Associate Vice President - Business Development.

Santu Dhar obtained a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Physics from St. Xavier's College Ahmedabad from 1987 to 1990. Afterward, Santu pursued further education at Marian University of Fond du Lac, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree (BBA) in Business Administration - Marketing from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they continued their studies at Marian University of Fond du Lac and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Santu obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research (IRB) as an IRB Board Member from Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative at the University of Miami in December 2014.
