Tony Ludlow

Tony Ludlow is the Founder of Baymark Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investing in middle market service businesses. Prior to founding Baymark Partners, Tony was a Director, General Counsel, and CFO at Transition Capital Partners, and held various roles at ACS, Inc., Hallett & Perrin, PC, and Dallas Semiconductor in the past. Tony holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
