Charral Izhiman

Charral Izhiman has extensive experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Bayobab since January 2020, where responsibilities include establishing the marketing department and enhancing the company's positioning in the wholesale industry. Previously held roles include Marketing and Internal Communications Manager at Bayobab, Trademark Paralegal and Marketing Consultant at Symons IP, and Employee Engagement Consultant at Making Change Work. Charral has also been involved in various marketing consultancy roles, including with Initiativez, PROTRAINING, and Elite Advertising, where leadership and strategic direction were key components. Charral holds a BSc in Computer and Information Systems Security from Applied Science University, completed in 2001.
