Akshay Awasthi (A.K) began their work experience as a Business Development Manager at PMK infotech pvt ltd in April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, marketing consultants, and managing all aspects of recruiting. Akshay then transitioned to the role of Recruiter at the same company, where they planned and managed recruitment and selection of staff, conducted new employee orientation, and handled employee complaints and grievances.

In 2017, Akshay joined Shimento, Inc. as an IT Recruiter. Akshay'sresponsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, maintaining databases and management reports, and leading a team for non-IT financial positions.

Currently, Akshay is working as a Senior Executive US Recruitment at BayOne Solutions since July 2018. Akshay'srole involves direct engagement with MSP/VMS clients, handling touchpoint and VMS positions, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Throughout their career, Akshay has consistently demonstrated a results-oriented approach, goal achievement, and a strong focus on high-quality service performance.

Akshay Awasthi, also known as A.K, began their education by completing their 12th grade at AVM Sen. Sec School Pahara, with a focus on Arts, from 2007 to 2009. Akshay then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Ram Lal Anand College, part of Delhi University, from 2009 to 2012. After completing their undergraduate studies, Akshay pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Govt P.G College Una, specializing in Finance and Marketing, from 2013 to 2015.
