Himika Jangra

Himika Jangra started their work experience as an Internship Trainee at Xperge in August 2021. Himika then moved on to become a Human Resources Executive at Xperge in January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, induction, and deployment of staff members, as well as monitoring their performance levels. Himika also handled candidate phone calls and queries, logging them into the Applicant Tracking system and resolving them by liaising with recruiters and account managers.

In August 2022, Himika joined BayOne Solutions as a Technical Recruiter. Himika'sresponsibilities in this role include analyzing client requirements, creating business plans, and developing recruitment strategies. Himika manages the full recruitment life cycle for technical candidates, from creating job postings to sourcing, screening, reference checking, and presenting job offers.
