Rohini Maale

Rohini Maale has a strong background in technical recruitment, with experience in both executive and senior roles. Rohini began their career at Collabera Inc. in 2016, where they handled full life cycle recruitment for US clients and managed high volume recruitment. In 2017, they joined Expedite Technology Solutions LLC as a Technical Recruiter, where their primary responsibilities included sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals in the IT services industry. Rohini then moved on to Intelliswift Software, Inc. in 2018, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter until 2020. At Akraya, Inc., they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Executive Recruiter at BayOne Solutions, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Rohini has demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, negotiation, and client communication.
