Mila Ribeiro

Mila Ribeiro has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mila started their career at Barclays Bank Mozambique in 2007 as a Human Resource Business Partner, where they worked till 2012. Mila then joined Impacto, Lda as a Human Resources Manager in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Standard Bank Moçambique and served as a Resourcing and Onboarding Partner and later as a Staff Relationship Manager. Mila joined Barclays Bank Moçambique in 2016 as a Human Resources Business Partner for Operations and remained with the company till 2019. After that, they worked at Absa Bank Moçambique as a Human Resources Business Partner for Enabler Functions. Their most recent role was at Bayport Financial Services, where they served as the Head of Human Resources and later as the Head of Human Capital and Culture.

Mila Ribeiro completed a Master of Development Administration degree from the Instituto Superior de Gestão, Administração e Educação. Prior to that, they obtained an Hons Degree in Commerce from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2006.
