Under Marcia's leadership, Bayport Funding has established itself as a prominent boutique private equity lending firm in New York, focusing on short-term, non-traditional real estate loans to support residential and commercial investment acquisitions. Additionally, Marcia has been a Real Estate Investor and Broker for Y RENT NY LLC, Urban Equity Property LLC, Queens Land Purchase LLC, and Brooklyn Land Purchase LLC since January 2011, overseeing the acquisition and development of residential properties.
