Garvin Moses

Garvin Moses is the Program Director. He has been with NRIO since 2008. Garvin attended the University of Windsor where he earned an honors degree in Sociology/Criminology. Before coming to NRIO, Garvin worked in the Protection Services department at the Hospital for Sick Children.
