Sean McConachie

Sean McConachie is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at Bayshore HealthCare since January 2022, McConachie previously held the position of Team Lead - Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this role, McConachie worked as a Recruitment Consultant at NFP Canada for a six-month contract, collaborating with department Vice Presidents across four divisions. As the Corporate Director of Recruitment at MGR Workforce from October 2017 to January 2021, McConachie was responsible for internal hiring for multiple departments at various levels across Canada and the US. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager for Recruitment and HR Functions at CSR Building Supplies Ltd. and as Vice President at Elite Staffing Solutions Inc., where the management of over 160 professional temporary and contract employees was a key responsibility.
