Caroline Beebe Skadow

Caroline Beebe Skadow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports coaching and business management. Since January 2017, Caroline has served as the Varsity Women's Basketball Assistant Coach and Varsity Women's Golf Head Coach at Bayside Academy, alongside coaching the Middle School Girls Basketball team. Caroline co-founded Lilly Pad Enterprises, LLC., where Caroline Beebe serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, and also owns Paper Mill Parts & Service, LLC. Caroline has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Gulf Coast Manufacturing LLC. since January 2006 and has worked as Administrative Director at Voith Doctoring Solutions since May 2016. Caroline has a strong background in athletics, having been a college athlete at the University of South Alabama from 2012 to 2016, where Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. Additionally, Caroline was part of the Pro Shop Staff at Steelwood Country Club in the summer of 2012.
