Carla Prat

Carla Prat is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in business development and candidate recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager and previously as Team Leader and Recruitment Consultant at Bayside Group since January 2016, Carla has honed expertise in the recruitment field within NSW. Prior experience includes roles at Hays from September 2010 to March 2014, focusing on the retail, sales, and marketing industries in Catalonia, Aragon, and the Balearic Islands, including middle management profiles and store-level recruitment. Carla's earlier experience at Manpower involved recruiting across diverse industries such as administrative, engineering, IT, and business. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Universitat de Barcelona, earned between 2010 and 2012, in addition to a prior degree in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2009.
