Donna Ferrando

Donna Ferrando has over 40 years of experience in information technology and billing. Currently, Donna serves as a Billing Specialist at BaySport, Inc. since October 2013. Previously, Donna was the IT Help Desk Team Lead at Texas Instruments, where contributions included aiding in the transition of National Semiconductor's IT Help Desk systems. At National Semiconductor, Donna held various IT roles, most notably as IT Help Desk Team Lead from 2006 to 2010, achieving a customer satisfaction rating of 95%-97%. Donna started the career as a Computer Programmer at Atari and also gained experience in IT data entry and job scheduling at Watkins-Johnson. Educationally, Donna holds a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of San Francisco.
