Richard Geist is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and business development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the JV Project Manager at BAYSTAR™ / Bayport Polymers LLC since November 2020, Richard drives integrated strategies across major functions for the Ethane Cracker Project and Bay 3. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions including Business Development for Stabilis Energy, LLC where responsibilities included LNG and CNG supply and delivery, and Commercial Development Manager for Sempra LNG & Midstream focusing on gas pipelines and hydrocarbon infrastructure. Richard's earlier experience with Mobile Gas encompassed managerial roles in industrial marketing and team leadership for infrastructure development. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Alabama and an MBA from Spring Hill College.
