Bil Zarch

Bil Zarch comes to BayState Business Brokers after spending over 20 years leading complex multi-million dollar non-profit organizations. He has overseen different institutions managing large growth in membership and revenue. He is a gifted connector which has afforded him great success in his work with thousands of constituencies. Additionally, Bil’s strengths lie in sales, operations, strategic planning, and communications.

Bil was born and raised in Upstate New York and has lived in Massachusetts for close to 25 years. Bil holds a B.A. in Public Communication from SUNY Buffalo and a Master of Education from Hebrew College. Bil is an active member of his community where he sits on numerous non-profit boards and committees. He is married with two children and lives in West Roxbury.
