Emir Fauzi

Emir Fauzi is the Chief Executive Officer of Bayu Somerset Sdn Bhd, a company established in May 2021 that serves over 100,000 customers from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience includes the role of Deposit Product Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and managerial positions in asset and liability management and business development at Hong Leong Bank Berhad and Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad. Emir began their career as a Management Associate at Hong Leong Bank Berhad and also served as the International Student Officer for Aberystwyth University Students' Union, where Emir was elected to represent international students. Emir holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from Aberystwyth University and has completed A-levels in Accounting at Intec Education College.
