David Flair

David Flair has held various executive roles throughout their career. David started in 1987 as a Partner at Anderson Associates LLP, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Managing Partner of the Baltimore Office at Beard Miller Company LLP. Following that, they worked as the Executive Vice President and CFO at Advance Bank from 2006 to 2010, and then as the CFO until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, David held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bay-Vanguard. Finally, since 2014, they have been the Co-President and CEO at BayVanguard Bank. In addition to their corporate roles, they also served as the Chairman of the Southeastern Conference for Community Banks from 2009 to 2018.

David Flair attended York College of Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
