Melanie Shanley

Melanie Shanley currently serves as Senior Vice President at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shanley held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2017 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Shanley worked at McKinsey & Company, initially as a Summer Associate in May 2010, before advancing to Associate and later becoming Engagement Manager from August 2011 to March 2016. Shanley earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds an AB in Government from Harvard University.
