Mitch Rose

Mitch Rose currently serves as Vice President of Strategy at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, focusing on growth strategy, strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational efficiency since August 2022. Previously, Mitch was a Managing Consultant at Mastercard and a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Prior experience includes serving as Head of Strategy & Finance at INTURN, where responsibilities included managing strategy and finance teams, leading a $22.5M Series B financing, and conducting company-wide strategic assessments. Mitch also earned an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University. Additional roles include an Investment Banking Summer Associate position at J.P. Morgan and a Senior Analyst position at CME Group, where achievements included building a cross-functional team for a European Trade Repository startup and receiving five CME Group Excellence Awards.
