Leonhardt Jancso

Leonhardt Jancso currently serves as Group Lead for Sustainable Value Creation at BayWa AG, a position held since February 2024, where responsibilities include creating business value through sustainability and leading an internal sustainability consultancy. Prior to this, from May 2021 to January 2024, Leonhardt was Head of Sustainability at BayWa Global Produce and previously worked at BayWa AG as Supply Chain Manager, focusing on sustainability in global supply chains from February 2019 to May 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Sustainable Food Systems GmbH as Deputy General Manager, where consulting projects on sustainable supply chain management were led, and positions as Project Manager at Foodways Consulting GmbH, Research Assistant at ETH Zurich, and Analyst at SUSI Partners AG, among others. Leonhardt holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's Degree in Geo- and Atmosphere Sciences from Universität Innsbruck.
