Andreas Reischl

Andreas Reischl has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Andreas started their career as a working student at SAP in 1998. Andreas then worked as a Diplomarbeit at the University of Heidelberg from 1999 to 2000. Following this, they worked as a Phd student at NIKHEF from 2000 to 2006, conducting research on hyperon production in nuclear high energy experiments. Andreas then worked as a PostDoc at the University of Heidelberg from 2007 to 2008, specializing in nuclear physics for the FOPI experiment.

In 2008, Andreas transitioned into the energy sector and worked as a Product Manager for Schiller Automation GmbH & Co. KG, where they developed concepts for automation and handling in photovoltaic production lines. Afterwards, they joined MHH Solartechnik GmbH as a Produktmanager, serving as the technical point of contact for customers and suppliers in relation to electrical products. Andreas then worked as a Product Manager at BayWa r.e. Solar Energy Systems GmbH from 2013 to 2015, before being promoted to Head of Product Management at BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution / DE in 2015, where they are currently employed.

Andreas Reischl holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained between 2000 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom Physiker degree in Physics from Heidelberg University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Andreas also completed a Vordiplom in Physics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they attended from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their degrees, Andreas obtained a certification as a Diplom Physiker from the Universität Heidelberg in March 2000.
